Where can i get grain tubes for a JD V-B drill?

I am looking for the rubber "fits all drills" style of grain tubes for my van brundt drill. I believe it is a model FB, but i thought that you could get a one size fits all type? Tractor supply doesn't carry them. Maybe the local John Deere dealer? I need them for this weekend. Thanks for the help.

your john deere dealer should be able to get the rubber ones for you. also, there is a metal clip, that you will need for them, that goes on the bottom of the rubber tube to hold it in place. I was able to get both of these, rubber tubes and clips from my dealer this summer. i also happened to locate an old J.D. dealer that still had some of the metal tubes in stock, after i had bought the rubber tubes for my van brunt drill.

John, Can you please tell me which JD dealer you found that had the old style metal drop tubes? Would love to have his phone number, location, etc. Thanks.

Going thru this right now. The farm supply store we have in Missouri (Orscheln) carrys them. about 4.95 including the attaching wires. John Deere has replaced the metal type with rubber also, a little higher, but are built different and work better. The ones from John Deere come with no attachment wires. Had to replace the drag chains, all 15 of them, and they are about 3.95 ea. Russ

Not sure of the model I have, but all the seed tubes are the metal "slinky" type on mine. It's been a while since I've replaced any but I don't believe they were all that spendy.

JD still carries a lot of parts in stock for these drills. Check with your dealer.
