did ih ever make a plow that had rubber tires up front and a steel tail wheel. i have a 4 bottom that way, it is hydrulic lift. i think some one may have made this from two different plows. it has two different styles of mold boards on it also. the front rims are not cut down spokes.

It's obviously made from two different plows. The steel tail wheel probably adapted from another plow as someone couldn't find a replacment tire to fit rim. The steel wheel should work fine. The moldboards are another story, the furrows probably look quite different. If there is enough difference on them they probably pull hard or make a general mess. If your talking Plow Chief and Super Chief bottoms the only item different is point and shear, moldboard itself could be same. Look at the part numbers on the frogs.
