I have an old Sears and Roebuck belt driven hammermill and an old large belt driven corn sheller. I need to sell these but I have no idea as to what to ask. They are in fair shape, and have always been under a shead. I have 2 belts and have made a frame to mount to a 3 point hitch with a pully gear box driven by the pto. This has worked for several years to drive these 2 items and has worked on 4 different tractors.

I don't want to give them away but I do want a fair price. They are located in North central Alabama.

Thank you for any advice.

Here in New Jersey, I saw a decent David Bradley (Sears) hammermill on transport wheels, with bagger, bring $200 from a collector. I recently bought a PTO drive Papec model X hammermill with bagger and wheels that was in excellent condition with a full set of screens for $250. (BTW, I bought mine to use, not to look at).

If they were around this part of Minnesota, you would pretty much be giving it away - whatever scrap is bringing, or slightly more. Hope there are more hobbiests where you are located.
