I am looking at this one a 7 footer.
He is asking $1600 for it. I noticed some play in the gear box. Grabbing the PTO shaft behind the slip clutch wile holding the belt pulley.
Othert than that it looks good, No play in the Wobble box, rollers nice shape. No dents or welds. Newer sickle, bunch of new gaurds.
I told him about the gear box he said he will have his guy open it up and check it out.
What do you know about this model?

buy a 9', that is much more common and the horsepower really isn't all that different. Price is way to high, unless it has been stored inside, maintenanced, and VERY low acres, maybe $500

This is the first 7' model made in the late 60's and early 70's, the price is high unless like new condition.

a 7 footer is good to use if u have an older baler.we used a #467 in the 70's never had any problems except had to replace a roller once, which NH replaced. had a 9 footer loaner at this time and thought it cut to much hay for the balers to work thru easly, 9 footers are more common and depends how heavy the hay is.

You can't get rollers and some other parts for the 467 anymore. $1600 is way too high, even for a very good one. $1000 tops.
