cockshutt hay bailers

I bought an old cockshutt hay bailer, but can not figure out how to thread the twine from the twine box up through the needles and through the knotters. can you help?

I don't know the baler but most makes use a similar knotter system. There should be porcelin or some kind of twine guides that the twine passes thru from the twine box to the needles. Once thru the needles (over top of the wheel in the needle tip if there is one), the twine is tied to the baler frame. Turn the main flywheel by hand (in the right direction) and manually engage the knotter drive by tripping the bale measuring mechanism. The needles will operate and place the twine in the twine holder. Hope this helps.
