Sagging Wagner

My Wagner front end loader is sagging (Its mounted on a '53 Ferguson TO30). After about 30 minutes of steady use the arms and bucket are very slow to operate. If I continue the arms will only raise part way then start to sink to the ground. Also the bucket cylinder will not curl back the load. If I release the valve the arms will still continue to lower slowly. I do not have leaking or bypassing cylinders. I have tried resetting the relief valve and no change. With that in mind I have condemned the control valve or am I barking up the wrong troubleshooting tree.
Does anyone know where if the valve is rebuidable and where does someone get the parts? If its not where does someone get the replacement valve.

Definetly sounds like a pump problem. I looked at buying a tractor with similar symtoms and asked a mechanic what the problem likely was. He said that the pump was NG and wuold need rebuild/replaced.

I had the same problem with the Ferguson I had. We found that there was a crack in the pump casing allowing the oil to leak past the valve body.I think that water had got into the oil at some point and froze causing the crack.
The piece wasn't to hard to get (used) the Ford 8n
parts are the same. Hope this helps.

To me it sounds like a real weak pump, as the oil gets warm the pump leaks by.

But i'm a hyd dummy, so I don't know much.
