I baled yesterday with my old 14T JD and only missed 2 bales, one being when the twine changed rolls. Today I went over to finish and after a while it started to miss about one of every 5. I tied most of them by hand before they came out of the chute to finish. The knot was hanging on the bill hook. When I got home, I flipped up the knotter assembly and the knife assembly fell out. The cotter key had sheared and let the assembly slip down and that's why it wouldn't wipe the knot off the bill hook. That was a cheap fix.
