You would need more tractor for a bale thrower.

You could pull a small wagon & hand-stack bales if you are on flat ground.

You could maybe use a 'bale basket' if you are on flat ground. Might want to build a smaller one for yourself, commercial ones hold 120 full sized bales, and go $1000 - 4000. The bale pushes out the baler, up a ramp guide, and drops into the wedge-shaped trailer.

The NH hyd bale pickup wagons are too big, heavy, & expensive for you.

There are bale pickups that mount on a hayrack, might work for you. None around 'here' so I don't really know how well they work.

Bradley,

Are you asking about an automatic pickup bale wagon that picks the bales up from the ground? If so, they are very heavy - especially tongue weight. My particular New Holland bale wagon I run with a Ford 5000 which is plenty heavy. The thing my bale wagon needs is a dual bank of external hydraulics - one to operate the second table and one to operate the third table.

I have an older ford 250, and a 7x11 wagon (hand stack) that I have used behind a NAA. The baler didn't have an orc built in to it, so I had put on on the tractor. If thats the case with the 65, get one. As far as running it, you shouldn't have any problems as long as your on fairly flat ground. I wouldn't get on hilly ground, she'll strain going up and you may not stop going down. I found that first gear was just a little to fast for heavy rows. You'll learn to be quick on the clutch so you can stop and let it catch up. My little wagon will hold 60 normal size square bales not sure the size of the 65 but remember, you put a ton and a half on the wagon, couple thousand for a baler, and your going to have that 2500lb tractor trying to stop 5000lb.

I recall my dad built a 7X11 wagon, but unfortunately our 14X18 bales work out far better to stack on an 8' wide rack. I am assuming this NH65 is a 12X16 baler?
