I SEE A LOT OF POSTS ON 68 BALERS.HOW ARE THESE TWO BALERS DIFFERENT.NEW HOLLAND ONLY HAS A MANUEL FOR A 78S BALER AND ITS ON BACK ORDER. ARE THEY THE SAME BALER?.

What part of Texas are you from? I live in Carthage,Tx. The 78 and 68 balers were made about the same time,the 78 is a bigger baler with more capacity,and it has roller bearings on the plunger. Just let us know if we can be of any help.

Where are you at in Texas? I live in Carthage Tx. The 68 and 78 were made at about the same time. The 78 is a bigger baler more capacity and has roller bearings on the plunger. They were a very good model. Let us know if we can be of any help.
