Recently purchased a M.F. 12 wire square baler. Does anyone know a source for decal except the dealers? Does anyone know the year this baler was manufactured and how dependable is this baler? Serial # 995 530861. This is a PTO driven baler. Thanks Dave

I'm not familiar with a MF12 wire tie baler. I have a 12 twine tie and a 9 (for parts). I'm wondering if this is a much older baler. Mine are from the 1960's.
I haven't used the 12 for several years as I prefer my JD 14T. It's better made, makes better bales and rarely misses a tie. It's massive flywheel keeps it pounding away and hardly ever breaks the shear pin. I also like the feed house auger. The MF will shear much easier.

Is your machine made in Canada? If so, you might try the following site. I've never dealt with them but they're close to where a lot of MF machinery was made.

Good luck in your search.
