looking for a planter to use with my jd 1020 to plant some sweet corn and food plots. was wondering what you guys would recommmend?

JR You can look for a JD 290 pull type or a JD 246/247 3pt hitch. You might be able to buy a 4 row JD 494 or 1240 and cut each end off for a two row pull type with hydraulic lift.

jrhodes, A set of JD 71 flex planters will work just fine. For corn and beans they are tough to beat! Simplisity is great. My $.02.
