I just bought my neighbors 336 with kicker. Doing 75 acres of hay and running the heck out of my 24t also hard to find workers to ride in wagons. Anyway the neighbor hasn't used it in 5 years and it has been stored (only 1000 bales a year for 10 yrs.) Everything looks good on it but he says it runs plastic twine well but problems with sisal twine. Do I need to replace the bill hook(worn a little) or use 10k instead of 9k twine. (customers don't want plastic). Any help would be appreciated.

New billhooks would help. You can try 7000 twine instead of 9000, may work better to get you through this season until you can go through the knotters. Since the baler has been sitting for so long, I would go through and polish up anyplace the twine will be contacting metal, including the needle eyelets. A little bit of rust in any of these areas can cause "fuzzing" of sisal twine which can jam the twine disks and/or billhooks. Check the clamps on the oil return hose at the pump before you start using it. And don't ever stand behind or work on that kicker without locking it out, even if the baler is not running.
