Find you a 9W John Deere. These machines are still popular and parts are no problem. They come in 7' and 9'length. I have a 9' that I use to clip pasture, sure is alot cheaper and easier to operate.

The double action Befco is made by G&S and is best used to harvest hay. It is not a good idea to get a double action mower around rocks, small 1/2" or larger branches, or fencing wire. You can have hundereds of $ damage very quickly. A single action mower is better for triming around.
