Happened upon an old J.L. Case baler. Didn't know what I had sitting there at first. On the I.D. plate it's serial # is 300883, and size is 14x18. Can anyone steer me towards info on age, value, and rebuild tips.

You dont give much of a discription. Is it a automatic tie bailer, a pull behind hand tie bailer, a stationary bailer. on Rubber or steel, twine or wire? I have an 1960 Case 140 W wire Bailer. It is an antique, but it is about as modern as most modern bailers considering its job is to make square bales that are tied automatically. Tell us more about it
