I have a NH Super 66 and am/have parted out 3 older Fords 14-56 to 14-80. The NH uses the wadboard to shove the hay into the hay chamber. The Ford uses a hook shaped arm with fingers to push the hay in. It is driven be a big gearbox. Can send pictures if you want before I totally destroy the last one.

Cab,

I have never seen a wadboard design like the NH. The first ones were auger drive with a feed fork pushing into the chamber.

Ford made balers from the late 40's to mid 70's when they bought out NH from Sperry Rand and dropped the Ford line.

Don't see anything called a wadboard in the parts manual for a mod 250 series 504. Steel plunger with rollers or wood slides. What is it?
