Would anyone be able to tell me the different grain settings for this machine? I just bought one that is set up for oats but I don't have the book and I need to take off my barley.

Oats and barley are pretty close in kernal size, so it would be a good start to use the present setting. Barley is sightly larger and denser, so you could increase the air flow a bit- just check how much is blowing out the back. Finishing sieve might be set a bit more open for barley, but not a great amount. Cylinder opening and speed should be about the same for each grain- Early morning, late evening, grain is tougher to thresh, so cylinder speed is normally increased a bit. By mid afternoon, conditions are drier, and speed can be dropped.
