Loader Bucket is sloppy

I have a Westnedorf TA 26 loader on my White 2-75 MFWD (I like both). But after 4400 hours (200 of which are mine) the loader bucket is kinda sloppy on the loader. It is probably a combination of the pins getting worn down and the holes getting elongated. The pins aren't just standard rods - they have special machined ends on both ends - do u suppose I could just build up the pins and fix up the elongated holes with a little JB weld? I am patient and not in a rush but don't really want to spend a lot (who would have guessed that)

I have done this situation before with great success on a holder for a PTO shaft but not as much weight to deal with.....

any ideas?

Check with your local machine shop and see if they will ream the holes out with a bridge reamer, and then install oversized pins.

From your brief description, sounds like some of the pins have grease fittings in the end of them. That's pretty standard for those pins that are hard to get a grease gun on!

If your holes are REALLY wobbled out, the machineshop should be able to cut out the old bushings and install new ones. Not a really big deal, and a whole lot cheeper than buying a new loader!

If you are near central Pennsylvania, I could recommend a shop to do this.
