I noticed the pin that drives the sickle is loose in the driver. Does any body know what that means as far as repairs go? I tightened the clamp bolt more but it still wiggles in there when it goes back and forth. Thanks for your help.

There is a bushing in the knife head that can be driven out and replaced and that should do it.
