Want to get one of these plows for my JD 3020 in sandy soil. The JD might be in slightly better overall shape, however the AC looks to be a bit heavier built with the monoframe construction. Will one handle cornstalk trash better? Any feedback is appreciated.

THanks

I'll give it a shot. Had an f145 6x16 plow. It would plug up in heavy wheat stubble if plowing deep. There is an f145h high clearnace model. I think I've seen a 2000 ac plow. Looks like it would have plenty clearance. If I'm not mistaken, it had a big square plate fastened to the monobeam that did all of the pulling. This AC plow was a 6x16. The plate had been pulled off and rewelded many times. Might not be under as much stress on a 4x16. We had lot of problems in the rear lift linkage on our f145. Seemed to be undersize for 6 bottoms. I haven't seen that type of problem with the 4 bottom f145 models. Hope this helps.

Don't know that I've seen an AC, but that's about right on the 145. They do plug up on stalks. Pretty good plow otherwise in the 4-bottom.
