I have a plow similar to the one in the link. How do I make it a one bottom plow? Which one do I remove?
Thanks, Gary

If you have a Case Centinnial plow like mine, remove the left rear beam. take thetail wheel assembly off and mount it on the new last beam. I did that years agbo. Now, ive seen a case 3 bottom that it would be harfd to do that with, and its stel wheeled, like mine, but built different, and with it , it would be harder to do that with

You always have to remove bottoms starting at the back.

I think you would be far ahead to find a 1-bottom plow than to try to modify that one. The frame looks to be a big part of the plow, not easy to rework. you will need to move the rear wheel over to follow the front bottom.

Some plows with a box-beam frame, or with bolt on framing for extra bottoms, can be shortened pretty easily - 3-point plows esp. But most of the very old 2-bottom trailing plows I have seen are just kinda built that way, and don't convert very well.
