what is a set of v-plows/seperators for a two row planter worth?

Unfortunately terminology varies from area to area.

I am in Kansas where a v-plow is considered a sweep. Do you by chance mean a lister bottom, i.e. lister moldboard which is like a plow that throws soil in two directions creating furrows and ridges?

yes, i would say it is a sweep, or lister, it mounts on the planter in place of the disc openers

I bought a single lister bottom with cast mount for $25 at a swap meet.
