When I was testing my baler yesterday. I noticed some slop where the 2 pto shafts connect. I can apeciate why you dont want any slop there.
The short shaft thats on there now is not the original so that kind of messes me up figuring whats wrong.
Are the splines on the long shaft the same size as a regular pto yoke?

either phone around and see if any of the dealers have salvage balers or you should be able to just buy the rear yoke.

I was able to get it squared away. I went out and looked again at my parts machine. I tried to get the pto shaft off this one time before but it was so rusted on that I just gave up on it.
This time I took my 10 pound Attitude adjuster with me.
After a few whacks(50)it came free. Even though the pto shaft on my parts machine looks like crud. The splines are in like new condition. SO I should be able to work something out.
