A disc plow has each blade mounted on a single standard same as a mold board plow, a disc tiller has the blades all mounted on an axle like a regular disc harrow, sounds like a disc tiller, need that weight to hold in the ground, clutch or hydrolic cylinder lift? The two handles sound like it would be a clutch lift with the left one controling the cutting depth with thr right one the leveling of the unit and would be adjusted for starting the first cut or for the second round when that right front wheel would run in the furrow from the last round, a hydrolic lift should have only one lever as the hydrolic cylinder would control the depth

John: I think I have found what you are looking for These were called Harrow Plows in that they had an arbor like a disc harrow and the same configuration as a moleboard or true disc plow.

There were larger 10,12 and 14 disc models using 24" blades.

The number 7 and 8 were built for smaller tractors between 1940 and 1957. The number 7 was available in a 5 or 6 disc model and was raised by levers. My information states number 8 was available 3,4 or 5 disc model and had an improved power lift. I hope this tells you what you want to know. If not come back there may be more I have missed.
