I saw your posting from March 25th, 2003 on
Yesterday's Tractors web site and wondered if you
found an owner's manual. I've also picked up a Woods
M5 and am looking for a place to purchase parts.

Do you know where the main company is located? My
mower has a label for Woods, a division of Hesston
Corp in Oregon, IL. I thought I read an article that
mentioned Hesston as part of ARGO. Can't find any
information on the Internet. What a rat-race...

I'd like to rebuild the bearings and seals, but will
have to take it all apart to find bearing and seal
numbers for local acquisition. Would prefer to know
the numbers and have the parts before I take it apart.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I've got one I can copy for you if you can't get one through your Woods dealer. The number on it is F-7431 (Rev. 3-87) which might help your dealer find one.
