I'm trying to help out a friend ID the vintage of his spreader he recently purchased. It is a New Idea No. M10A, Lot No. 342 and S/N 21870. Hoping there is someone who can help me help my friend.

Thanx,
Matt

Matt:

The M10A New Idea spreader was built between 1948 and 1963. According to the lot number the spreader was built in 1951. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me directly via e-mail.
Thanks
