Why can't I find a semimount plow in Southside Virginia?

Very frustrated. I've gone to sales, tractor dealers, even bothered my neighbors about needing one. We got some land to turn over this spring, and time is running out. Let me know if you know where I can put my hand on one. Thanks- Mike

Tri-Green Interstate Equipment London Ohio 614 879 7731 They have a consignment auction last wednesday and thursday of the month. They will sell anytime of month. Lot of semi trucks there from other parts of US and Canada. Should be able to buy a plow and have it shipped as part of load to you.

What could I use to haul one south? Seems like a pickup would be too dam small. What kind of prices? Sure would like to find an Oliver 5-6 bottom.

have Oliver 5 bottom $400.00and a real nice JD 2700 $2100.00 for sale. Small moldbaord plow around here are a dime a dozen (cheap)

just can't seem to make it work from this end. if it could be an added on load for a hauler coming this way I might go for it if the numbers can work. I'd sure like a good Oliver semimount. Mike D.

Hmmm, If you have a pretty good sized trailer you could haul one south. I know of acouple of used equipment dealers that may have one. I don't know what they would want..... ...I can get the phone #'s tomorrow if really interested..... ..

How far north of D.C. are you? Yep, I'd like the phone numbers of the outfits up there that might have plows. Also maybe email addresses if possible. Mike D.

Try Stitzel's in Hamburg, PA, about 4.5 hours (!) north of DC. (610)562-8377 He's got an Oliver 546 5 bottom auto-reset and a few White 5-bottoms.
