Disc question

I have an old IH tandum disc. It didn't have scrappers on the blades and sometimes plugs up. I had an old JD disc with scrapers that I adapted, rather easily, to the IH. Surprisingly after all the years this disc has been sitting the springs on the scrapers were still good. The question is, Is this now a International Deere disc or a John Harvester?

I like Dandeerester. The big decision now is what color are you going to paint it?

Since it is a worker and not a shower I think I may just leave it the original(at least for a lot of years) rust brown. Seems like that color covers both brands.

I was just going to comment something like that - 3 of my 4 disks (1 is a scrap pile) are so rusted that there is no color to identfy them. :)
