I need to know if i can run a midsize round baler with a M and what to look for with these balers. I am about 30 years behind times. Might just keep runing my old 46 ih if i can get grandma to run my M again this year. And i can stack bales 0n wagon. She does real good job.

You probably have the hp to run a 4' baler. I would be concerned about the lack of live pto, wich will be difficult. Too bad you don't have a Super M. :)

Was in your shoes - had mom drive the tractor, but my arms got tired. Then had my wife drive tractor - but my arms were still tired, & her job & my hay didn't always have the right time-table. This past year I ran across fairly good deals on a hay basket, & a round baler. Both cost the same - the baler was a steal! The hay basket is really nice, surprised they didn't catch on more. The square bales slide up & into the basket, right out of the baler. Now I have some options for baling when the hay is dry!
