Where can one be found in Minnesota for a reasonable price?

I haven't seen a decent priced, used brush hog yet for my H. It seems it would be easier to order a new one from Fleet Farm or Tractor Supply Co. I believe you can order a pull type or 3pt mower for $500 or so. Chain guards are extra.

If you find 2, let me know! :)

Do you ever get to the Fahey consignment auction by Belle Plaine area?? I think they have a lot of that kind of stuff there. Of course, consignments that clost to the 'Cities, it won't be cheap, everyone thinks they've brought gold to sell...

Most auctioneers these days run 1 or 2 consignments per year, & have web sites. Check your local auction places. You probably don't have time to chase down individual sales, but if you watch you can find what you are looking for - maybe.

Your best bet is to find a used one, locally, in a free ad paper. I know of a 6 ft for sale but it's 45 min. east of St. Louis, MO. (long drive and you better have a very wide trailer!)
