Well I decided to take matters into my own hands.
If I cant get new decals I will make my own.

I dont want to use a genaric NH sticker and getting a custom decal. Might just cost a little to much. Well alot to much.

I will make a stencil with my representation of the logo and paint it onto the baler with NH yellow paint.

Here is what I have so far.

Kelly, I have used Lettertech before and have been very happy with there work. They have been able to duplicate just about anything I brought to them for a decent price.

Try Lettertech in St. Paul. They make letters and decals. Bring in what you have and they will cut it. They have about a zillion colors so you should find a match. I have bought boat license letters form them, one big decal. Friends have bought boat name decals. Good quality and people. They are in the St. Paul book. Nice job on the baler. Still looking for a 300 for you. Doc.

I may do that.
the only other problem with that.
I have nothing to show them.
I need to find a 68 with good or atleast readable decales and make a rubbing, photos, mesurements ect.
The only representation I have of the decales are from the user manual and thats black and white and small.

Here is a photo of the stencil I am atempting to make. If all else fails I will use this.

I internd to pursue a similar process once I get the 256 rake I bought repainted. Caution: Note that New Holland label has the NE and the ND sharing the (second) vertical on implements of vintage like this rake. My parents had a NH 68 baler from about 1956 to 1974, but I do not remember its lettering format. It was a good baler!

I was wondering about that.
The users manual shows a ND like that on the side of the Baler but then in the next Photo there is none there. So it may not have been on all of them.
In the Manual it does not show any of these types of symbles on the front or on the rear of the baler.
