In Eastern Kansas try "Grass and Grain". It is a weekly farmers news paper that cost very little. It has a lot of things for sell and also list autions around the state.

And for local, there is almost always some regional farm paper that has all the auction sales & farm listings. You just need to find it. ask at the local farm hang-outs if nothing else, they will tell you which rag to get, & they are often free.
