JD #44 plow

I would like someone who has access to a #44 plow on steel with trip rope to send me the measurements of the flat bar that attatches the trip wheel to the lifting bracket assy. Mine is missing and and futile attempts at making one result in it not working too smoothly at all! Any help will get me to plowing soon , Thanx in advance for any and all responces. Mark

Hi,Mark I'm going to try to give you measurements for part no. 28186A-Lift Bar. Hope this is the part you are talking about. It is 22-1/4 inches long, 1-1/2 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick.One end flares out to a circle that is 2-1/8 inches wide.In this circle is a 1-1/8 inch hole,from center of this hole go 18-1/2 inches to center of a 25/32 inch hole,than go another 1-1/2 inches to center of another 25/32 inch hole.Hope this helps.
