Binder twine is used in the baler. Goes in the hole in the side of the roof then two more holes in bracket underside of roof, then in tenson pulley, round pulley at end of twin tube, then down the tube. Should be 6in. hanging out at end of tube. Baler will only bale DRY hay, or you will not go to heaven.

I had one and just sold it. It was all complete. The belts I knew fellow who had brand new set never used for like $32.00. I have twine here for the baler also if that helps. Their is several of these in my area if you need more parts. Is yours orange or a White top unit?
