It looks like a IH 27-V We had one on the Farmall M when i was a kid. Good mower IF you can keep the hay out of the pulleys.

Your mower looks more like a IH 25V. I've got both a 25V and a 27V. The gag lever assembly and the upper drive pully are 25V parts. If the mower has the old IHC trade mark cast into most of the parts, then is positively a 25V. It was built from 1941 to 1950.

I agree with the previous two commenters that this is probably an IHC mower. If it is the parts that are cast will have an IHC part # and somewhere the IHC logo will be found.

Another mower that looks very similar to the IHC was built by New Idea.

Good luck. Bill

PS. If you do need any parts, I have an old IHC and an old New Idea at the farm--I think. May be able to salvage something for you. I have picked some parts from them while repairing others, but there are still several parts left.
