Does anyone know anything about a MM Model PF3-7 Grain Seeder, like

what years were they made? were they any good? how many of them are still out there? what might one in decent shape be worth?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks very much.

I see this posting that I am responding to is old. However, I just ran across a MM Model PF3-7 Grain Seeder for sale on the side of the road. Looks to be in VERY good condition. It looks to be a 13 hole seeder with grass attachment. I will post more information when I talk with the owner. Everything looks freshly used and greased (chains and zerks). Parts like the frame have a fresh coat of yellow paint on them, and the galvanized metal looks original with little rust. Looks like all decals are in place but worn. What do they normally go for? When were they built (late 40's- early 50's according to Larry)? I plan to plant hay if I get this one. What do you set it too, to get 25lbs per acre? I didn't see any manuals or information on the Web, so any info is appreciated! JKC did you have any luck with info aside from Larry?
