I have an opportunity to buy a Super 66. Everything appears tight with no slop and no wear on the knotters. What specifically should I look for before laying out the cash? It's sitting on a dealer lot, so I have no way of seeing it actually operate.

I've already read through reams of postings, but I need somebody familiar with this specific machine to say "make sure you check XYZ".

Let me know ASAP. Gotta make a call on it.

If they are not asking too much for it, I would sure buy it. They are good little balers. I bought one this summer for $200 that is in better shape than a lot of newer ones I have seen. One thing, if you do buy the baler, don't try to push too much hay through it. It might break the wad board. Go slow, and they work great and never miss a tie. Good luck!! Brandon
