Old steel wheelbarrow wheels

Doesn't anyone know where I can locate some of the old all steel wheelbarrow wheels? Wife and I were at a show last weekend and there was a nifty three wheeled cart / planter that some crafty person has made using these old wheels to look like an old tricycle with a planter box on the back. The wife saw it and I won't get a minutes piece until I make her one (I love doing it for her anyway). I saw several old wheels like I was looking for but there wasn't two the same diameter. I could use two the same size for the rear axle and a single, larger diameter for the front. As always, I appreciate the help.

byegone.com has the wheels and kits you need.

I need a 21" replacement wheel for an antique wheelbarrow. Anyone know where I can get one? byegone.com does not carry this size.

I bought one at a yard sale a while ago for $1.00, have seen some since then, they are bound to turn up here and there.
