I have an old John Deer Van Brunt drill. It's in good shape but I need tires and tubes. This drill works for a living so they need to be servicable.
Tire size is 6.50 x 36 impliment. Any help will be appreciated. PK

Try M.E. Miller tire co. 419-335-7010, they listed a 4.00-36 in last issue of Small Farmers Journal. Gemplers- www.gemplers.com- may have access to them. They also have tire liners if rips/cracks are the problem, and tubes. I used the liners on my 5.00-21 hay rake tires and they work great. They have a real good guy on staff for tire problems. Get their catalog if nothing else. B.W. Macknair& Son- 717-543-5136- may have access. My local NH dealer does business with them and says thay have everything for anything old.

It sounds like I have the same drill whith the same tires. Do you have any idea what the year is, inside one of the lids someone wrote 1959 and the date they started and finshed seeding.
I seeded 5ac. this morning and blew a tire dew to dry rot
