Howard Rotovator

I came across an E-60 howard rotovator yesterday. It appears to be in decent mechanical shape, but the shield and trailing board are rusted through in many areas. Does anyone have a source for replacement parts, or is it best to fabricate new ones? Any ideas would be appreciated.

You can check with my Howard dealer for parts, BUT! Howard parts prices are expensive, so if you can fab up the parts, do so!! Robert
