I need a small dozer; has anyone bought or have experience with the little chinese machone that Northern imports? They are REAL vague about it and won't supply a customer list. It's hard to shell out 15K based on a brochure.

You'd be a fool to buy any chinese machine. They are made buy salves of the state and those people have no interest in producing anything of quality, and I don't blame them. What incentive would there be. Garbage is what they produce.

I'd rather have a low-hour used Uniloader with tracks for that money. More horsepower, parts availability, resell value, etc.

Ditto to the other comments. In the past I've tried to get info on some Chinese import types only to run into "dealers" that had no brochures, parts info, manuals, or a clue. For $15000 its better to find a good used machine rather than risk it all on some cheap import. If you're set on a new machine, I would suggest you look at Waldon or Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi has been building the little BD-2s for a while and seem to do a good job with them. Waldon is an American company that has been making sweepers, small loaders etc. for years and they recently came out with a small 80hp dozer which looks nice. Good luck..... .

I've looked them over. The dealer that was selling them, quit all the chinese tractors he was selling, both tracks and rubber tired. I've see two or three people on line looking for parts ect., all low houred machines. One had throw out berring problems, another said there was problems with brittle metal cracking and chipping. I'd be looking for a nice JD 350 if i wanted that light of a machine. Robert

I'm not familiar with the machine you're talking
about, but I could tell you some horror stories
about trying to find parts and service for some of
these oddballs! Do some research b4 you consider
buying one. You might look around for a used one
with a decent undercarriage and be better off.
Just my opinion!!
