Loader cylinders

730HD ford loader, a couple of the cylinders were not plugged before storage, I pulled them off, they had at least pint of rust colored water in each. Are these still rebuildable.

Probably not. You will have to disassemble them a see.

The cylinder shop I use usually replaces the tube because they usually are scored.

I have found that it is cheaper to just replace the whole cylinder that rebuild it.

You can get cylinders at Northern Tools www. Northentool.com or better use Surplus Center 1-800-488-3407. You can get two 4x 30 inch cylinders for under $400. You may have to modify the ends but a cylinder shop will hit you for $600+ for one rebuild.
