Need help with JD 2 row planter ID

I just bought a JD 2 row planter and I am not sure what model it is. It is 3 point (looks original) with only steel packer V-wheels and steel seed hoppers, no fert hoppers. It has a depth adjustment rod that runs up near the top link and two vertical bars up alongside the adjustment rod (not sure what these are for as they are not attached to anything). I am also looking for seed plates for it, all it came with was one corn plate. I would greatly appreciate any help with this. Thanks
