no matter how I set the cranks it still curves to one side, bales are tight and heavy and just a little crooked.I htought if it was curving to one side you loosen the side it's curving toward and tighten the other, doesn't make much difference.bales handle OK but would be nice if they were straight.we are useing an automatic loader and a few bales bust when they hit on the curved side.the bales curve toward the twine box side.any suggestions?
thanks.

If all else fails pull all the hay out of the bale chamber and look for accumulations stuck to the inside of the compression chamber. Happened to me once.

It is also possible that your feeder fork is out of adjustment and is not delivering hay far enough into the chamber. One of my 336 balers had that problem, same basic setup as 14T. Do you have a manual that explains fork adjustment? If not, head to the JD dealer to get one.

check your plunger knife and feeder forks.run faster ground speed so your baler can get enought hay to make a nice squire bale.slow speed makes curve bales unless you have large rows of hay.

There are suposed to be some things I think are called hay restrictor or resistors in the front of the bale chamber. They make the bale pack evenly.
The one in the bottom looks kind of tike a Vee wedge. I hope this helps.

My 14T liked to do that till I removed the stationary knive and the knife from the plunger and sharpened them really good.
