According to my manual timimg of rollers can be
done by loosening bolts on lower sprocket and then turning upper roll until lugs are centered in mating area of other roll. Tried that didn't work.
Even tried a wedge between lugs of roller to center lugs between rollers, didn't work ! Tried
moving both upper and lower roll sprockets with respect to their drive chains. That centered lugs but when I tightened chains in both cases, roller
lugs move from one extreme to the other, in other
words in one case lug hits against lug on one side then on the other side. Anyone out there have any suggestions

You should be able to loosen three bolts on sprocket and turn rollers to get them centered unless sprocket is froze to hub on roller. If this is the case soak with pennetrating oil and hit sprocket until it frees up then time rollers .You are doing it right I think the sprocket is froze is your problem or somebody might have welded sprocket to hub.

Thanks for your response. I did just what you said.I removed all the bolts on the adjustable
sprocket, removed the drive chain and drove a sharp object between outer plate to loosen it a bit then took a piece of brass rod and placed it
on a sprocket tooth and hit it with hammer, one
way and then the other way. This worked great. then after plate was free I was to make the adjust
ment.
