Hi, I do not know what size a 1360 is but I asked the same questions concerning the JD 916(8 ft) and the JD 926(9' 10'') using a MF 165D ( 52 Hp). I got every answer from you need a cab ( to protect from rocks) to you can pull it with any reasonable HP, your speed will be limited by your HP. I ended up buy a JD 1219 which is 3 time the machine as the JD 1217 I have. Bill
