IH Little Genius #8 Plow

Has anyone else restored a Little Genius #8 to factory paint specs? I did according to the Wisconsin Historical Society papers on IH paint specs, as well as ERTL models. Not sure what to think about the end result. Kind of looks like a 4th of July (red, white, & blue) explosion. I suspect few if any were really painted to IH specs. Besides after taking apart some of the assemblies I could see they weren't really painted per specs. Either that or they repainted them after final assembly. But I doubt that. It would have taken too much time to mask things off.

I am getting ready to restore one my self. I have seen what the colors should be also. I just wonder if in fact they came that way from the factory. Seems like a lot of masking to me also.
