I'm looking for information on how to fix the lift/drop mechanism for this plow. The plows don't plow deep enough. The dealer said all parts are not available for this unit. Any suggestions anybody???

Mark, This sounds like 2 problems, If the plow doesn't plow deep enough but the lift clutch releases and the plow drops, you need to figure out if the ground is too hard to plow or more likely the points are worn out and will not penetrate the ground. That fix is obvious. If the lift clutch isn't working, what does it not do? This is a pretty trouble free unit but dirt and rust and water can make it stick, get an owners manual which includes the parts blowup, first lubricate the clutch, worst case you may need to take it apart and replace a spring or roller and clean and free it up. If I missed the question, post back or email me. Bob
