IH 816 Haybine

I recently purchased this Haybine at an auction. What
can anyone tell me about it? Is there someplace that
sells parts for it? How about a manual, etc? The unit
looks to be in good condition, but I like to be prepared
for when it breaks.

I have run a similar machine for 18 years, you can get the common parts at Tractor Supply and your local Case IH dealer. This machine does well in most standing hay.

The one we use was built in the mid 60's
