Wagon plans?

I've got it in my head to build a utility wagon. I'd use it for general hauling around my small orchard, maybe throw a couple of 55 gal. drums on it for watering trees, hauling dirt and mulch and firewood. The tractor is '52 Cub. I'd like to be able to tilt the bed for easier offloading, and I'd like it to be a decent height for my middle-aged back.

Has anyone built something like this? Or know of a plan source? If you've built one, what do you like about and what would you do differently? What did you use for axles? The bed? Sides? Thanks for any help.

Andy

There are three books written by Cook, that deal with all sorts of plans and ideas. Printed about in the 50's I believe. One is 380 ideas for the farm and home. the others are 500 things etc. and 600 things. I think these may help.

Check out ND plans page. Don't remember wagons, but they do have alot of buildings.

Thanks Mike. They had several wagon plans, none of which was exactly what I was after, but several of which provided ideas.
