John Deere 858A Rake does this have any value?

I bought a farm and there is a John Deere 858A hay rake and a New Holland windrower left as part of the property. Does the John Deere rake have any value, I was going to haul it off for scrap and was told it was worth more than that but no one seems to know how much. The rake is complete. The New Holland gear is pretty well shot I probably will junk that peice. Any help will be appreciated.

If that rake is complete and functional, it is worth $250, which where I live, is $230 more than what it would bring as scrap.
